These terms of use ("Terms") mandate the terms on which users ("You" or "Your" or "Yourself" or "User(s)") interested in browsing or availing services provided by PLANET E TUTORS ("eduinfy") and accessing the internet resource www.eduinfy.com and the mobile applications owned and operated by EDUINFY.com collectively referred to as, the "Platform". PLANET E TUTORS owns and operates the services provided through the Platform.

Please read the following terms of use carefully before using the Platform (hereinafter referred to as "Terms"). By using or accessing the Platform, availing the services on the Platform, you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms. PLANET E TUTORS reserves the right to modify, alter or amend these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. All other trademarks not owned by PLANET E TUTORS or its subsidiaries that appear on this Platform are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by PLANET E TUTORS or its subsidiaries.

Proprietary Information All information, content, material, trademarks, services marks, trade names, and trade secrets including but not limited to the software, text, images, graphics, video, script and audio, contained in the Platform, services and products are proprietary property of the Company ("Proprietary Information"). No Proprietary Information may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, reverse engineered, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way without obtaining prior written permission from the Company and nothing on this Platform or shall be or products deemed to confer a license of or any other right, interest or title to or in any of the intellectual property rights belonging to the Company, to the User.

License And Platform Access PLANET E TUTORS grants you a limited period license to access and make personal use of this Platform and does not allow you to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with prior written consent of PLANET E TUTORS. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this Platform or its contents: any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices: any derivative use of this Platform or its contents: any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant: or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This Platform or any portion of this Platform may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of PLANET E TUTORS.

Your User Account If you use this Platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our Platform only with involvement of a parent or guardian. PLANET E TUTORS and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.

User Generated Content PLANET E TUTORS allows you to make available text, video, chat, images, other content posted by you ("User Generated Content") on the Platform, which shall be accessible and viewable by others in the public. You agree to the following: (i) you are not a minor or you are the parent/guardian of all minors depicted in your User Generated Content, if any; (ii) you have the full right, power and authority to grant the rights described in this User Generated Content clause; (iv) you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses and permission including without limitation, all intellectual property rights contained in the User Generated Content without the need for payment to any other person or entity, to use such content; (v) you hereby acknowledge and agree for PLANET E TUTORS to use your User Generated Content for internal purposes including but not limited to product/service development and improvisation; (v) the Licensed Parties' use of your User Generated Content as described herein will not violate the rights of any third party, or any law, rule or regulation, including but not limited to consumer protection, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity, moral, proprietary or other rights and laws; (vi) the User Generated Content is not confidential, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, indecent, threatening, harassing, hateful, or offensive or otherwise unlawful; and (vii) You hereby fully release, discharge and agree to hold PLANET E TUTORS, and any person or entity acting on their behalf, harmless from any liability related in any way to PLANET E TUTORS's use of your User Generated Content and your name and/or likeness for any internal purposes.

User Generated Content posted on the Platform directly by you is not pre-screened or approved by PLANET E TUTORS. PLANET E TUTORS has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content on the Platform. PLANET E TUTORS may terminate your account and access to the Platform if your User Generated Content violates these conditions, including unlawful postings or content without prior notice to you. PLANET E TUTORS is not responsible for, and does not endorse or guarantee, the opinions, views, advice, or recommendations posted or sent by users.

Reviews, Comments, And Other Content Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content: and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information on the Platform including the Blog pages. PLANET E TUTORS does not guarantee the authenticity of such information and is not responsible for it either. If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant PLANET E TUTORS and its associates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

Product And Services Description PLANET E TUTORS and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible in the content and information provided on this Platform. However, PLANET E TUTORS does not warrant that or other content of this Platform is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. All the content including videos and study material are either licensed from multiple content partners or owned by PLANET E TUTORS. Although every effort is made to ensure that PLANET E TUTORS licenses original content from its content partners, PLANET E TUTORS will not be held responsible if any of the licensed content violates the intellectual property rights of any third party. However, we are happy to discuss this with our content partners and resolve the issue if brought to our notice.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THIS PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW. PLANET E TUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS PLATFORM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Cancellation & Refund Policy We generally do not provide a refund as we give enough test material to users on the Platform before an upgrade. Hence, all payments will be final, unless otherwise mentioned on certain plans. However, if you feel that you have a valid reason for a refund, we will be happy to discuss this with you to help resolve the issue in anyway we can. Any refund, if eligible, will be processed within 14 days of receiving a refund/cancellation request.

Disputes Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to PLANET E TUTORS or to products/services you purchase through PLANET E TUTORS or your having violated or threatened to violate PLANET E TUTORS's intellectual property rights, then the same shall be submitted to arbitration of courts in Bangalore, India only.

Amendment PLANET E TUTORS reserves the right to make changes to our Platform, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
